Why the video of device is black and white after turning on?

  • If the power is too low, the device will turn to black and white automatically, please charge for while then try again.

The device connected with PC directly, but I cannot search the device through the searching tool, why?

  • Please make sure the web cable is usable and please confirm whether the device is low power, you can connect power adapter and try to search again.

The device can be searched by searching tool, but cannot login the device through client software?

  • Please make sure the IP of device and PC in the same network segment, for example, PC IP is 192.168.1.101, the device IP can be set as 192.168.1.100.

Why the Bluetooth cannot connected successfully?

  • Please turn on Bluetooth earphone to pairing mode first, then turn on the device immediately, waiting for 30 seconds, you can try these operations for several times.
